Cooks and service very personable. Love the variety of choices and love that they mix it up daily for specials. Great prices. Especially for such exquisite food. The seating is always clean. And I've never seen the condiment service section empty or lacking. I had zero problems adjusting the way the cook prepared my order. And so many wonderful people working there. I heard several times not only myself being recognized but the others who work in the building as well as the ones that obviously don't were recognized and their standard orders remembered . Wendy made my coffee, which I admit is a bizarre order, and she did it without hesitation or confusion. I must say; I can say honestly that is a feat in itself. Thank you employee Wendy. You nailed my order well.i will definitely return even if it's only for espresso.
I had an early breakfast at the Chipmunk Grill after getting a blood draw. The food was reasonably priced and it was good. But I will be going back because of Krista! What an exceptional server! She went out of her way for me in answering questions and because it was very quiet that early, she even offered to run upstairs and get me the morning newspaper when I was lamenting that I had forgotten to bring mine with me. I am so appreciative!!! I do realize that she would not have been able to make this offer if the cafe had been busy, but it wasn't and she made that an opportunity to do something really nice for a customer! I will be going back for sure. Kudos to Krista who clearly understands the concept of customer service in a time when those skills are in very short supply.
This is a great little place that is hidden away inside Harrison Hospital (bottom floor). They have a variety of dishes that change from time to time along with the staples of burgers, pasta and salads. There is always a daily special, the prices are VERY reasonable and the food is great definitely NOT something you would associate with a hospital...
Shockingly good food for a hospital cafeteria. I first went here when a friend was pregnant. I've been back for two more pregnancies, an emergency room visit, and a few other times just to eat. It's worth a stop even if you're not bleeding or dying.
A hospital ? That's the 1st thing that pops up in are mind. Then to top it of with a cherry on top. A Restruant ! Notice I capitalize both sentence A because that is what I would grade this place. This hospital Restraunt should be in the food channel show. Been their so many times. And I definitely recommend this place.
Very good for hospital food. And they even open in the middle of the night for a few hours for night shift workers. Doesn't get much better than that.
Fits was great! Especially since it's a hospital cafeteria. Try the black bean burger!
Great omelet and 16oz mocha for under $9; add friendly staff and what more can I say :>)
