Boston Market

Customer Service good from all staff. Food was good and hot. Only complaint is not having a sign geared to where to place order. Place order at cashier not like a subway set up. For some which do not visit this would be helpful. Other than that tables are not clean but the staff is working hard behind counter. So I am sure it is cleaned when time permits with limited staff. Overall good place for good quick meal.

I stopped in here today because I had driven by there so many times on my way to physical therapy, which is right across the street. It had been quite a while since I had been at one of these locations, as they used to be more popular and have many more restaurants around the Washington DC area. I had always enjoyed the food there in the past, and they are well-known for healthy type of food served with vegetables. I'm not sure if anyone can remember when they were called Boston Chicken! I had a similar experience this afternoon and the food that had for lunch was good and fresh. I decided to order the large meat loaf that included two sides of stuffing and mixed vegetables. The entire meal came out to be about $12.00 which included a fountain drink. The restaurant was clean and I think there were only four other groups of people sitting down and eating. Most importantly, the food was great, and I will have to make it a piint to come back through here before my therapy sessions are completed.

Service is generally good. Employees are usually quite friendly and helpful.Food is standard Boston Market fare - generally good. Store itself is decent - could use a bit more attention. Today, the floor was sticky. The decor is a bit drab, but I assume that is standard for Boston Market. Bottom line - we like the NH Ave. location and intend to regularly frequent this Boston Market location. We always get the dark meat chicken and creamed spinach, along with one other side. The creamed spinach is absolutely delicious. I always order it and sometimes serve it as a side dish with our home cooked meals.

Another place I give a good rating. Love the staff. Professional and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Place is always clean, that's a biggie for me. I won't eat at a place that isn't. Food is fresh and hot all the time, and if it isn't, they'll make it that way. That's good customer service.

Ordered the new Brisket and it was great. I have had a lot of BBQ in my life, since I like BBQ so much, and I must say it was really good, but it did lack some of the tenderness and juicieness I have come accustomed to from all the very best BBQ places in my area. Please don't let that sway you from trying it though, it was still very good and a great value, just not top echelon of BBQ. I am sure you will enjoy it!!

Boston Market in White Oak is a good place to stop in to get a quick bite in lieu of McDonald's or Subway. I had the garlic, three-piece, dark chicken meal with mac and cheese and Caesar salad. I received two drumsticks and a thigh and a small piece of cornbread. Everything was hot and fresh. The salad was fresh and crisp, served in its own bowl with parmesan shavings, croutons, and dressing on the side. The staff was friendly and checked in several times while we were eating.
