Cross Roads Grill

The cashier messed up my order by not putting my order in as a combo so I got charged separately for all of the items after I realized the issue I went to correct my order and the manager and OWNER (Raymond he said his name was) ganged up on me about not fixing my dilemma and tried to charge me extra for the items missing from the combo I ordered as a whole. In the middle of trying to discuss the dispute he rudely and angrily tried to excuse me out of the line and got loud and disrespectful in front of the other customers in his crew all because his cashier messed up it was a simple mistake that could have been handled very differently

Never had a problem until today I made my order sat there no never heard anyone say anything else so I go to the window and these ladies instantly have attitudes mainly they the older lady with glasses her attitude was so bad she had everyone working stop to look Running off customers isnt good for business cause I will never return after that experience

The staff is always friendly and the food is always great! Myself, my husband, and our son get breakfast here atleast once or twice a week...sometimes more if we can afford to lol! I don't think I ever had something I didnt like here! One time an order was wrong and when,we let them,know they were so kind about the whole thing and offered to redo the whole order free! The ham, fried egg, and cheese biscuits are great and the tots! Love the chicken Philly and the sweet tea is perfect :)
