I am such a fan of Dustin's food and am so excited to have the Hub in the neighborhood. Comfort food done crazy good! There is truly an artisan touch in the creativity of flavor pairings, the superior quality of ingredients, and downright yummyness. Support local business and come eat here! You can't go wrong with anything there but my personal favorites: biscuits and gravy, the crispy sweet cauliflower, the gouda mac n cheese and also unbelievable is what they can do to a chicken sandwich.

We have been here twice. Once for lunch and once for breakfast so far! We love their food. Everything is fresh and the flavor is so good. So great to have this restaurant in town, our new favorite!

A very delicious experience! Very friendly staff and the food was unmatched in presentation and taste! I had the shrimp and grits...absolutely wonderful! We also ordered the chicken and waffles (so uniquely tasty) and the Carolina burger (also awesome). They serve the old school Ne-Hi bottled sodas (which the kids loved!).

I loved the strawberry crumb cake muffins this morning from their Treats To Go. From prior visits their Carolina burger is juicy...the Veggie Melt is delis...and the Cabano is tasty! I am addicted to some of their sides: fresh potatoe or plantain chips, fried Brussels sprouts and spicy califlower. Tuesday's French Onion Soup is a must have...unless the daily special sounds better! I love the Artisan Hub!

Big shout out for the Artisan Hub in Siler City! Excellent food, prices, and service. My dad told Dustin the owner and head Chef he had been eating in Siler City for 60 years and that our lunch was the best thing he's ever eaten in Siler in his 60 years. My pallet doesn't have quite the same years on it as dad's but I would have to agree! If you are looking for great, fresh, and absolutely delicious food; look them up! Historical downtown Siler. It will be everything you expect and more!

This place is fantastic! I had the chicken and waffle, and it was moist, tender, and flavorful with a nice crisp, perfectly fried breading. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

After hearing about Artisan Hub from several friends, I was finally able to go myself. I wasn’t disappointed. The food was delicious. I had the Cubano sandwich with plantains and salsa verde. My friends ordered shrimp and grits and French onion soup. As you can tell from what we ordered, there is a nice variety of foods to choose. There was a little wait time, but the food was obviously fresh and so worth it. We ordered zeppole for dessert. Hot. Lemon-y. Served with a strawberry cream. To die for. My last comment might seem a little odd, but one of my pet peeves is smelling like a grease trap when I leave a restaurant. Sometimes, especially if the kitchen is open to the diners, those smells can set into your clothing when fryers are using or reusing oil. I left the restaurant smelling the same way I walked in. It was a perfect experience.

Holy cow! This place is incredible. Lunch is an average of $10 a plate but it’s totally worth it. The staff was super friendly and the cook definitely has love for what he does because you can taste it in the food. I’ll come back to try everything on the menu! The Carolina burger was fantastic and was the fries and the Gouda Mac and cheese! Seriously great spot!

Food, service, ambience are amazing. Sorry people but I was hungry and forgot to take a picture of my Cuban Sandwich. I took pictures of the menu to help with your selection. They also do daily specials that are not in the menu.

Good food. It's different than your norm. Just prepared different. I had the roasted duck last visit. Very good just wasn't a lot of it. The chicken waffle is one of my favorites. Be prepared to pay a little more than your usual restaurant in Siler City. But like I said the food is different than what you normally get at the other restaurants. I highly recommend it.

We visited Saturday early afternoon. The hospitality from the moment we walked in the door was wonderful - smiling faces, eagerness to get situated, and readiness to answer every question. The menu was full of standard fare, some with unique takes. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles...'cause fried chicken. I asked for the Sorghum syrup and they were out. However, the waitress let me know there was a Sirachi Maple syrup available that day. Sign me up! I also ordered the Pimento Mac and Cheese and small Biscuits and Gravy. The coffee was from a small batch roaster named Maker Coffee. This was one of the best brunches I've had in a long time. The chicken was perfect - crunchy, seasoned well, and juicy. Dipped in the spicy maple syrup it became decadent. The mac and cheese was good, but a bit thick for my personal preferences. My wife didn't mind enjoying it in my place. The freshly made biscuits and gravy were satisfying and I almost wished I had got the large portion. Almost. I'm glad I didn't because we grabbed some freshly fried Bombolini with fresh cream and apricot/apple compote to go. From top to bottom, start to finish every aspect of the Artisan Hub was tremendous. I can't wait to get back there.
