Review The Lobster Pot - Siesta Key

Excellent New England seafood I had a cup of Chowdah to start. The flavor profile leans towards bacon and the flour needs to be cooked down a bit more to not be so floury. The steam clams were very fresh, nice size and delicious. They were served with Classic New England Melted butter Hot broth And towelette Main course was Fried whole belly Ipswich clams Very fresh and fried golden brown. I had fries & coleslaw as my sides I would recommend if you're looking for fresh New England seafood 🦞 Restaurant can get loud. I was there at 5 p.m. and there was a party of 8 and a couple more tables. Service was attentive and professional

Absolutely delicious and a great experience. The menu is a bit overwhelming at first but the server offered great information and was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The absolute best lobster ravioli I have ever had. Service was great and fast! Will for sure come again.

Excellent!! The food was delightful. Went for lunch and Vera our waitress ( who was also fantastic) recommended a lobster dish that I believe was called The Duchess. Delicious!! After experiencing poor service at another restaurant the previous day this was a total 360. Go to the Lobster Pot and see Vera, you won't regret it. We will be back!!

This is a very small place across the street. Not wild and crazy like many of the other spot on the strip, but thier seafood is superb, out of the world flavor way better than SKOB. Cheaper and larger portions too. We had dinner here and it was so good we came back for lunch the next day. Staff is friendly and attentive. Restaurant is clean and ship shape. If your with family and you want quiet great food and a rest from your rest, The Lobster Pot is your place.Thier Mediterranean Salad is delicious too, highly recommend.

The service at this restaurant is awesome. Very friendly waiters. The food was also good. I went for their signature dish. Lobster.

This place has really good food, but to be honest it just wasn’t quite all I expected it to be. But, I would still highly recommend the lobster bisque (amazing!), it’s so creamy and has a great lobster taste and it’s everything you’d want a lobster bisque to be. Clam chowder is a good choice too. We didn’t get an actual lobster main dish but saw some and they looked pretty fantastic. The fried calamari was fantastic, I probably liked that best of everything I tried. They can get you cute little to go waters as well which is nice if you want to walk around more or head back to the beach. Our server was nice but he was obviously busy and didn’t stick around longer than he needed to. The restaurant itself is really cute looking from outside but when you sit inside, even with the doors open it’s really loud because it’s a small building, and I didn’t really like that. But all in all, they definitely have some gold seafood options, just be prepared that it’s a busy place and it will probably be fairly noisy when you go.

Fun decor, menu with lots of tasty options (I had a hard time settling on just one option), and tasty food! I had the lobster bisque and Caesar salad. My husband ordered the baked stuffed lobster duchess. The only item that I wouldn't recommend is the Caesar salad. It was pretty bland. Otherwise, it was very tasty. It was what I expected for the price - nothing more, nothing less. Not the most welcoming greeting when you arrive... It's a very tight space so waiting in line can feel a little awkward. I found that dining at the bar wasn't very comfortable as you're pretty close to the hostess station and restaurant opening.
