The lobster bisque was unbelievable. The seared tuna sandwich was serious eating. Delicious. The strawberry basil cocktail was too much on the syrup side. That should be refined. The hostess was delightful. This young lady was bubbly and beautiful and made you feel totally welcome. Our server was wonderful. It’s not a five star review because the drinks were a bit on the thick/syrup side. A bit of refinement on cocktails and this is a must visit awesome food destination.

This place was extremely loud and blostious. Barley controlled chaos. It took us around 30 to 40 minutes to get a table. They do not take reservations. We arrived around 6:30 pm but we have passed by at various times during our multiple stays and I can't say I've ever seen a time where they we're not slammed or there wasn't a wait to be seated. That being said, the Bartender makes a pretty good old fashioned and they have a few good craft beers on tap. We where able to wait at the bar and drink till our table was ready. My wife had the Lobster sushi 🍣 roll and it was amazingly good. Wonderful combination of flavors. I had the Billionaire Burger with the Truffle fries and both were hearty and delicious. Very empressed with both entrees.. the Wheat Beer I had from their on tap selection really hit the spot too. Robin was our server and she was friendly, polite and efficient at her job, even navigating through the controlled chaos that was the inside of the establishment the whole time we where there.

Fantastic food! We arrived around 5:00- it quickly filled up afterward on the back patio. Service was rather slow, but the food made up for it. Everyone’s meals were excellent, all tasting super fresh. Definitely on the pricier side, but well worth it. The Lobster Maki Roll was incredible. We’ll be back the next time we’re on Siesta Key.

First time dining here. We sat at the back patio for lunch and cocktails. Our server Brian was organized and attentive. The lobster bisque and tapas were tasty and nicely presented. The drinks were average. Drinks and food are priced on the high side. The food is well worth it.

Best dinner by FAR I've had in the Bradenton/Sarasota area since moving here in December. Such a delightful surprise. Awesome atmosphere, service... And the food.... If you want food with some serious FLAVOR - get here!! Had the short ribs, crab cake (the most crab meat by far I have ever seen in a crab cake) and tuna appetizer. Worth every penny. We will be coming back for all three again.

Such a nice vibe and atmosphere. Feels more expensive than it is. Yard seating was great. Tables can be a bit wobbly but they kind of add to the charm. Food was amazing! Definitely the place to visit if in Siesta Key ;)

First off, I'm a professional chef of 35 years. This was some of the BEST food I've ever had. The 30 minute wait?. Well we decided to go back on our 2nd day, and would've waited twice as long. We actually ate here EVERY DAY of our vacation. Couldn't get enough. Highly recommend the garden deck out back and porch out front. Wonderful LIVE (different) music every time we were there. Country violin, acoustic guitar, etc. Just like the menu, they suit every need. The atmosphere, ambience, sevice, and food were what you'd expect from a fine dining NYC restaurant. I took pictures in the bathroom for cryin out loud. The pics cover our favorites; Maki Lobster Roll (do NOT skip that, even if you don't sushi), Tofu Caesar Salad, Crab Cake, Black n White Truffle Fries, the BEST BRAISED SHORT RIBS I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE !, and the bathroom artwork. Let me simplify. If you visit Siesta Key, do NOT make the mistake of skipping a trip to The Cottage. You will have missed one of the best experiences SK offers. The Cottage is also on the same street as the BEST SUNSET I've ever seen in my life. Great for an after dinner walk. I've done a bunch of reviews on Google, this place was my absolute favorite... and it isn't even close.

We came in for dinner and had a nice meal. The Grouper sandwich was delicious and fun cocktails. Pricier menu but overall not too bad.
