Review Sunna's Korean Restaurant - Sierra Vista

We ended up here by accident and what a super pleasant surprise!!! We ordered fried rice, first she came out with the best spring rolls we've ever had!! Next she brought out a sampler tray of various Korean treats... pickled zucchini, kimchee, and a variety of little pickled samples... excellent! Then our fried rice came out, mine was LOADED with shrimp!! The wife got tofu and there was a lot of it!! What an excellent place to eat, we can't wait to go back for more, anxious to try other Korean dishes!!

This place was way to pricey for what we got. The owner charged more than what the menu said. We could hear the microwave go off a few times while waiting for our food. Would not recommend.

The wait may be a little long for food, but you're not just getting any food. We have all seen the foreign chain restaurants trying to mimic authenticity that you can only get in a Mom and Pop restaurant. Sunna's is as authentic as it gets! I lived in Korea for a year. I am verifying this for you. You are getting the best tasting Korean food, and that is worth the wait and every penny. I ordered the kimbap, the Korean spicy ramyeon, and some brown rice green tea. Everything was perfect and she even gave me a complimentary deep-fried egg roll full of hot, sweet cabbage that was divine. They do deliver through GrubHub as Google says. I ordered my food through that system, and it arrived in a box to keep it all stable. Everything was sealed in a plastic bag to trap all the heat in so it didn't arrive cold. If you love Korean or never had Korean food before, this place is safe to try and you're getting the real deal! The portion sizes are meant to be shared. This includes appetizers. You should be able to share them with 1-3 people. Or if you're really hungry, eat it yourself.

Me, My Aunt, and My cousin went here and the woman who was supposed to give us our food kept being rude and kept touching my aunts hand and mask and would not give us our food and gave the lady in back of us her food first she also got a mint and gave it to my aunt and said "give it to the dog" which was what her mask was and we spent almost an hour and a half being there. Oh and this was a Postmates order we were trying to deliver and since we were there for like an hour she said "oh well I guess no tip for you since you'll be late" we will NEVER go back there after what had happened!

I would give the food 4 stars, but i have to give the retaurant 3 stars due to there being metal beads in my food and the owners reaction was not appropriate. She gave us a look of disbelief...as if we did that ourselves. Two of our dishes had silver beads in the food. It is quite obvious someones jewelry broke and fell into something. Everything was cooked and spiced perfectly. Food only... Its a great place. I just would have liked a more appropriate reaction to having metal my food.

Food here is excellent. The owner cooked our food and even served us. She came out and conversed with us and she is just the sweetest. They got busy about half way through our visit and we had to wait a bit to pay and leave, but we didnt really mind. The place was clean and we enjoyed our visit.

Very delicious food, and Sunna is super cool as well. If you are in the Sierra Vista area I highly recommend you try the food here!!!

Oh my gosh!! Sunna's food is AMAZING! I had the Spicy Kimichi Stew and the Bimbap. My daughter had the Mapo Tofu. So much flavor! Her food is all heart and soul! Thank you for being so kind, Sunna! You are an amazing woman and chef!

Love at first (AND last) bite! Freshly prepared and brought sizzling to the table. No skimping on anything ... including the friendly service. There are 9! assorted vegetables served separately from the main course and each one has an individual taste, some are a bit "spicy". Highly recommend this restaurant if you are I. Sierra Vista!

In my opinion Sunna's is the best oriental restaurant in SIerra Vista. All cooked fresh. Friendly service, great tasting food, spicy or mild to your order.

Was great....the sides were great, not all hot as some korean restaurants do, the bulogi had great flavor, and the chicken soup was flavorful. Will come back again, no problem next trip south.

Tha food is good. The ambiance is accomodating. The serving is more than enough.

Best teriyaki chicken and yaki mandu. I rarely get anything else because I love them so much. Even my picky boys love the chicken.
