great service every time we come. the scones are the best. better than any I have had in the Pasadena area, including rose tree cottage. the tea selection is yuuuge! but you can't beat the friendly service. and it is good for kids too

The tea was weak and luke warm. The sandwiches were OK. The scones tasted like cookie dough under-cooked. The banana bread pudding was did not add anything positive to the experience. The best part was the soup. I treated 3 of my friends, and I was embarassed by the poor quality of the food. It was not the experience I hoped for.

Treated Julie and her girlfriends to a mom and daughter party at Tneer. They ordered the delicious 3 tier signature dish of scones, high tea, and sandwiches. The teen girls and moms loved it and stayed for 2 hrs in a very relaxing setting. Isabel, Kathleen, Connie, Rocky, Jules, Jennifer and Kelsey had a wonderful time just to visit and enjoy the fantastic tea service prepared by owner Aruna and her delightful daughter Nia, a FIDM fashion student who keeps the team room buzzing with good cheer.

Friendly service and huge selection of teas. A place to really relax and read a book, have a quite conversation. There is no TV, musak or distracting noise.
