Outstanding! The food was excellent! The drinks were cold, tasty and quite good! The service kind and friendly. I will definitely return! I highly recommend Casa Del Rey in Sierra Madre!

I usuaally order chile relleno with rice and beens for only 7+
I have eating in other restaurants and the food here is delicious
By the way this combo price is only good from 11 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday

Small restaurant in the quaint village of Sierra Madre with excellent Mexican food, friendly and attentive staff, neighborhood/family atmosphere and very comfortable. What else can you ask for!

Great service! Lovely location in a quaint area of Sierra Madre. Delicious chips. The tamales were so good! Clean place. Indoor or outdoor seating. Street parking or parking lot about a block up. If you don't get the tamale, get the tacos. Yum!

Wonderful service! They were so accommodating in seating and positioning heaters near our party of 6 outdoors. The food was amazing. 5 of us thought their order was exceptionally delicious. I had the shrimp quesadilla. It was the best one I've ever tasted. Definitely want to go back again.
We had a wonderful lunch there. My wife had steak picado and I had a taco salad. They were both delicious. We have been to this place several times and we do recommend it highly.

100% recommend. The serving sizes are huge. Most importantly, its all natural ingredients, so people like me who have allergies to MSG can eat here and not worry about going to the hospital.

Absolutely LOVE the food here!!!! I've been going to Casa del Rey since the late 70's when they were in Temple City and the food is still just as good!!!!!! Awesome service and ambiance 😊😊. I DEFINITELY recommend this place for a great home cooked style meal!!
Great food ! We’ve came here a couple of times & each time we come we get the best service from Nicholas. He is very kind, friendly, and gives his customers the best service. He is fast & makes sure you get attended correctly . Other waitress take too long or don’t look to make sure everything is okay. Nicholas was always around making sure everyone he passed was well served & that is the only reason I’m giving this restaurant 5 stars if it weren’t for him I would have probably done my first 3 star review. Make sure when you come to Casa Del Rey to ask Nicholas to be your server !
