Piccadilly Cafeteria

First time that I've eaten at this Piccadilly Cafeteria. The food was good. The Service Was Great. The line server told us that the Hot Freshly Fried Would be out shortly. We arrived a little after lunch time. The food presentation was okay. The Line Food Servers, Cashier, And the Servers that was assigned to each of Tables Were Very Nice, And Full Of Christmas Joy.

Great customer service with a friendly atmosphere. The establishment is clean and the food is amazing! I love southern comfort type of food and this place surely provides that. I ordered country fried steak with mashed potatoes smothered in white gravy and a side of fried okra. The salad was fresh and the desert was delicious. The GM, Martin Perry, exemplifies great management of the restaurant with high standards in quality and customer service which shows through the wonderful food and the friendly employees. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed which is a rarity in Shreveport. A very nice, clean cafeteria with a wide range of choices, good food and polite staff. Great choice if you are hungry but are not sure what you want. The presentation of their dishes will make you hungry for more than you can consume but that is no problem. The staff will prepare a "to go plate" so you do not have to choose. Eat one entree and get the other to go! Wonderful for families with children of all ages. You will not be disappointed!!!

Food was really good. It actually had flavor this time without having to add anything to it. The ladies behind the buffet weren't very friendly, had scowls on their face, and genuinely looked unhappy to be there, but were very fast serving up the dishes. The cashier looked like she had just gotten out of bed as her hair was very unkempt and she wasn't friendly at all. The waitress (her name is Dee) servicing the tables was really nice and very helpful. Aside from the unhappy buffet line, this was a nice meal. Much better than most buffets around town. You should give it a try.
