Great service by the female associate who helped me. She was so pleasant and patient. She also helped me apply a promo code to my offer so I could get a good deal. She made my guests and me feel welcomed. I wish I had gotten her name. She was a rarity at a Godiva store.

Small Godiva place in the mall. You can get some great deals & discounts if you buy stuff right after a holiday (i.e. Easter chocolate).

Poorly managed. 2 people working, one behind ctr. Manager too busy to pitch in. Didn't even ask if I was a reward member.
