Woops!

I heard of whoops from a friend and went to try it. I absolutely love the macaroons! I’m obsessed with the pistachio flavor, is soooo yum. I love that bakery, everything there is delicious. Is a def a little taste of Paris. The staff is also very friendly and professional. Every time I go there I bring home some new flavor of macaroon. I def recommend this bakery shop, they have the best macaroons in NJ!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here! We ordered wedding favors from Woops! The macarons were delicious and sooo pretty. Elena was fabulous; she worked hard through all our order changes, making sure every detail was worked to perfection. I recommend it highly and already have been passing along her contact to interested guests at the wedding! thanks Elena!

My daughter made a purchase, returned when she realized that the order was incorrect. When she spoke to a staff member, she was incredibly rude to her. She questioned other staff asking if they served my daughter I stead of just replacing the wrong flavor macaroons. once she finally gave them to her, she gave her frozen ones, td her to wait 20 minutes and walked away. Rude staff, I won't be spending my money there ever again.

We ordered macarons for our wedding favors. From our very first consultation with Elena, we were so impressed with her professionalism and customer service. Elena was incredibly accommodating by going above and beyond to work within our budget, come up with the right flavor, and presentation. Additionally, our macaron favors were delivered to our venue in a timely manner as promised. We felt so fortunate because she always made herself readily available—including checking in with us regarding our order to ensure that it would be done to our liking. Needless to say, it was a pleasure doing business with Elena. If you are considering macaron wedding favors, party favors, etc. (or if you just have a sweet tooth), I strongly recommend Woops! at Short Hills.
