Review Mcdonald's - Shoreline

I ordered a cheese and sausage McGriddle two of them but got this and then drove home and breakfast was over because I’d just made it in time for it. I called and called but nobody answers. The ice latte I got was way over sweetened idk what’s going on here but they are on one.

The drive thru is a mess. They tell most vehicles to pull forward and they will bring the food out to them. I have been told this several times when I'm the only customer there. Guess that's their way of keeping their drive through times down to impress the owner.

Got our order wrong 2 times and had to go through the drive through 3 times. The customer service was fine but how hard is it to listen to the order? Overcharged us as well since the order was input incorrectly

I got an iced coffee here and it wasn't very good, and I've never had one served in a regular paper cup. I don't think I'll be going here again.

Pulled up and fired Up my mc Donald's app and got a free. Frappuccino for 4500 points. Nice

Typical McDonald's in regards to food, you'll know what you are getting there. Service is good, employees are polite and quick which is what I'm looking for as I go through the drive thru.

Come here regularly the order is always correct and the first window is always friendly, what more do u want from McDonald’s

They are so inefficient with their time management. It takes them twice or three times as long as the average fast food restaurant. It’s ridiculous
