Our waitress Adele was very attentive and friendly. However, we were ignored by 3 different members of staff, whilst waiting to be greeted and seated. I appreciate that they may have been busy, but a simple, "someone will be with you shortly." Goes a long way.

Really great service - shout out to our server Craig. He was brilliant, friendly, polite and just lovely. I could see he had quite a few large tables to wait on and he always apologised for keeping us waiting but honestly we were happy to. The food was divine!

Decided on this occasion that I didn’t want steak and wanted try something different. Our server Ian was knowledgable and recommended the lamb. It didn’t disappoint. 100% would have it again. Ian was attentive and was there when we needed anything. Looking forward to our next visit!

Toni was super friendly and made us feel welcome from start to finish! Went on my birthday and they gave me a little birthday dessert :) also hats off to the chefs the food was insane!! Would highly recommend!!

Just been to miller and carter in Solihull and a lovely member of staff called Adele really stood out to us. She went above and beyond to make sure we was happy and that our food was how we wanted throughout our visit. Will definitely be visiting again!

Ian was brilliant. He helped me pick a sauce, corrected an order, really friendly & felt relaxed. The food was excellent & service felt seamless & perfectly timed. Our first time at miller & carter after lots of people recommended & it did not disappoint. Had 3 courses & loved it!

Excellent restaurant! Being from the US, it’s hard to find a really well cooked steak and a true steakhouse. Miller & Carter serve both incredible atmosphere and insanely delicious steak. Steve was an awesome server! Even my 5 year old loved this restaurant as they are kid-friendly. My family and I thank you for a wonderful experience! Looking forward to our next night out here!

The restaurant was very well laid out with plenty of personal space for diners to enjoy their meal without feeling on-top of each other. The food was fantastic, clearly top quality meat sourced and cooked to a high standard. The sides were very complimentary of the meal I would recommend thick cut chips over the fries.The waitress who served us was called Angela, she was very welcoming and friendly and knew the menu well. She gave enough time for you to decide your order without leaving you waiting, she was very attentive and was aware and ready if you needed anything. Angela’s good manners, efficiency and friendliness tops off the experience for our enjoyable evening out. We will definitely be returning in the future.
