Fast service with a smile is what my family and I immediately received when walking in, both from the person who seated us and our waitress throughout the time we were there. She checked on us regularly without being too annoying as well. To top it off, food was great! I especially appreciated that
This place has some of the BEST pancakes! They were absolutely melting in our mouths! And they offer a lot of different varieties, too. Blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, peaches, pineapples... You name it, they have a pancake with it in it. Their staff are wonderful and thoughtful,
We were greeted with a smile by the friendly and accommodating hostess. I latter learned her name is Alexa. The food was average. Our waitress took forever to bring anything we asked for. I don't know her name. I would have left a 2 star review and probably never returned to this restaurant
The best breakfast spot on the island! Whenever we arrive we always get treated like family, whether we are a party of 5 - or a party of 12! Great omelettes, amazing pancakes, and wonderful service! Def. a "go-to" spot if you are new to the island!!
Although it's cash only and the prices for breakfast where high the food was good and the beautiful young Italian waitress was amazing and made everything worth it. I'd go back just to see her again.. 5 stars!
The food and service were excellent. The restaurant has more of a cozy homelike feel. Be warned, this is a cash only establishment.
Jayson's Jumbo surprised me. I wanted a little bit of everything like pancakes, potatoes, eggs, and bacon.. but this came in a huge platter and is so Delicious! First time going to LBI and Jayson's pancake house was my first choice and I will be coming here for breakfast whenever I'm done here.
It's hard to mess up breakfast. I usually choose this place because it's not crowded when other spots are jam packed. The food is good and the service is awesome.
This has become a yearly tradition for our family. Great food, family friendly atmosphere, and excellent service all at an affordable price

We love it and come every year. It's part of our LBI traditions. They close at 1:30, not 2.
IT was very quick,which was good because we here hungry, and the food was delicious, and we finished it with delight.
