Mcdonald's

After reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I was billed an extra $5.65 this is outrageous!!! Don't get me wrong I absolutely "LOVE" ur food, but this also happened to my brother a couple days ago. Kinda makes me wonder how well trusting ur help is and may also detur my family from visiting there again.

First I have to admit I have not been a fan of McDonald's in some time if I did eat there the last few year I ordered salad of chicken I just couldn't eat burgers from McDonald's but 1 day several months ago family wanted to go so I ordered a mcdouble it was fresh and warm, in fact I go regularly now and I have to admit at this location I can honestly say I've never received any order that wasnt fresh and good. Good job shinnston location for making me fall in love with McDonald's again lol

Had to pull over and wait for my order which has become a common occurrence. I would understand stand if I had a big orders but it was just a big mac meal and speaking of big Macs, they either have had very little lettuce or so sloppy you can't hardly eat them. The double drive thru was the worst thing they could have done. I have seen people including myself get skipped over. Im pretty much done with this mcdonald's. You shouldn't feel frustrated when going thru a drive thru.

We ordered 2 extra value meals with nothing special removed or added and when we got home they were wrong. We gave them the opportunity to fix this mistake but again they were wrong. I worked for McDonald's in high school and appreciated the opportunity so I decided to call and pass forward the information so it could be addressed and we ordered one more time but the manager of this location was extremely rude to us and acted as though it was our fault that the order had been incorrect the last 2 times. We left and got home to find that our order was again not correct! We have not been back.
