Two Sisters Cafe

Don’t let them ruin your party like they did mine! I have a party beginning in 4 hours and my special order was given in person with pictures and they got it ALL WRONG!! I’m in tears because it’s too late to correct! I took in a picture of the cake with pictures and explicit directions and it isn’t even close! Plus they put figures on picks on the TOP of the cake where my topper is supposed to go! Ordered 2 dozen gingerbread boys and girls but they only made 10 for my party of 25 and I’ve called around but cannot get more! They had my phone number but I never heard from them with any questions! HORRIBLE!!! Frosting missing where they put it in box. DO NOT PUT YOUR PARTY IN THEIR HANDS!!

What happened? entire experience from taste of food, ordering experience, price of food, and service from those “working” there was sadly bad. I ordered meat - and I’m pretty sure I am going to throw up before I get home. Grits and Greens were leftovers and old, and mashed potatoes were drenched in salt. What happened? please, whomever owns this, please come spend some time to see what is being served, how customers are treated and what the experience is currently. Please.

We waited over 45 minutes at dinner time for shrimp po boy and a burger. We ordered our food to go and had just asked to cancel the order when it was miraculously ready. Once home, the po boy was literally inedible. The bread was dry, the shrimp was hard, and there was no dressing on it whatsoever. I was also missing an order of fries. To be fair the burger was delicious, but waiting over 45 minutes for something so basic is inexcusable. It seemed like only one person was actually working while the rest of the crew just stood around and gossiped. I won't return for the cafe. I hope the quality of the cakes don't take such a disappointing downturn.

Walked in to a line and no workers in sight. After a few minutes, a server came out to take orders at the counter. From the time my order was taken, to me receiving my food, was 20 full minutes. All I ordered was coffee and a stuffed biscuit. The restaurant was not busy, and the order was not complicated enough for such a long wait time. From what I saw behind the counter, it is extremely disorganized and the menu had barely any items. Could not find a coffee menu, despite there being an impressive espresso machine. The coffee I got myself was just basic drip community coffee. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

The drive thru workers have the WORST attitude during lunch. If the marque states one thing and thats what I order please don’t make it seem like I’m being ridiculous. I’m ordering what you advertise as the special for the day. The unfriendly attitude is not necessary. Oh and this is definitely NOT the first time. I think this will be my last visit to this location on Kiehl.
