I came in last night....around 9 pm, after a long day at work, and was surprised at the wonderful service I was given by the gentleman who works there. He went above and beyond to help me and even though I was grumpy, he was able to put a smile on my face! ...the food was warm and the store was clean! Thank u to the man who worked last night at 711!!!!

Crazy to think the gas attendant doesn't know the difference in the ethanol gas you sell. I highly recommend some training on the fuel you sell as well as customer service. I clearly told the attendant premium and was sold eight gallons of regular unleaded and was told that, "I got gas"...Really? My car is tuned for premium fuel only and I was forced to buy an octane booster. The pure lack of concern, knowledge and disrespect I was shown is mind boggling. DO BETTER

I’ve been in here 5 times and I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never seen worse customer service in the last 30 years. I went to use 7/11’s money service and both employees both told me, “we weren’t trained and don’t know how to do it.” Both employees refused to even try to do it for me. I’ve come across expired food on multiple occasions. Would be a shame if the health department showed up unannounced. The final straw was today when I went in to pick up a door dash. The employee seemed high and told me that door dash was down. Walked over to the computer and the order had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I literally went and grabbed every item on the list while the employee followed me and held the bag. 4-5 slurpees were completely melted. Their entire cooler was out of Red Bull so I asked if that was all the Red Bull? The employee dejectedly walked to the back and checked for me after I asked him 3 times to do the simple task.

I don't know who the rude older man working tonight was, but I was screamed at from acrossed the store for simply looking at the "take and bake" pizzas. He yelled at my friend & I "NO PIZZA!!!!!" (& don't they have a $5 pizza deal on the weekends???? That theyre advertising like crazy???) even though they were sitting out on the shelf... you know, kind of like they were something you could purchase... from the store i was planning on shopping at.. Not a good look for Sherwood. I left the store immediately due to the lack of customer service & the fact that I was spoken to as a female in that way from an established company is BEYOND disappointing. Never again.

They have signs everywhere reminding you not to pump your own gas. So I waited and waited for someone to come out and pump my gas. After 10 minutes I finally went inside to see if they could have someone help me. They informed me they don’t have anyone to pump my gas even though there were three employees inside the store. They reminded me I cannot pump my own though. Horrible management, horrible service! Will not be coming here again!

My husband and I are visiting from California. We lvekk TV been frequently stopping at the Sherwood location. 4 times to be exact ttellye bhe has been screaming, yelling and cursing at the same woman. Byl lion Looks as if 7/11 also has is own Springer episodes. I was waiting for one of them to toss a chair. . Looks as If the woman needs to keep walking after the names he yelled at her. Came in later in the evening with no one in the store. Cashier was sitting in a chair smoking his vape behind the counter while ‘helping’ me. Rang me up and asked if I wanted bags with my items to which I said yes. Bagged 2 of my 8 items, left me a second bag then sat back down and continued smoking his vape. I bagged the rest of my items myself at the counter then took the receipt from the register and left. As I left the cashier laughed at me to which I asked “are you laughing at me” and got no response. I have been going to this location for years and have received great service up until recently. I would review this negative stars if I could for this cashiers arrogant ( I would choose different words in person) behavior but I can only give 1 star now. I will not return to this location any longer.

I recently came back to 711 in sherwood due to the disruptive service.....came in and was pleasantly greeted by ,excuse me, by a tattooed bigger guy who is incredibly helpful and extremely polite....the stores alot cleaner, food is a lot fresher....seems 711 is doing much better......
