During Covid in 2020, a friend had her 65th birthday and with all the precautions etc…I couldn’t bring it to the facility she lived in. One of the employees volunteered to deliver it for us and surprised her with it! Great ice cream, memories from childhood with 31 Flavors and this store…incredible customer service! Thank you for helping make this an incredible birthday even without the party!

It was 111° degrees outside, Baskin- Robbins ice cream parlor called my name. I walked into the air conditioned store,and thought to myself, this must be heaven on earth.
A had two scoops of coolness.

Great customer service! Clean location, great selection of ice cream cakes that I needed in a pinch! There was a bit of a line with only one cashier but she did a fantastic job and was very sweet and courteous. We will be returning again soon. PS. They even had candy out for Halloween...double score!

When we went to Baskin Robins, we were a little hectic, as it was later at night. The person working there, Sebastian, was extremely kind and patient with us. Their customer service was incredible. We will definitely go again!

Great customer service is extremely hard to come by these days - I think most people would agree with me.
Also, it's becoming a rarity that people stop and tell someone what a good job that they have done because everyone is so busy dwelling on the negatives, being overly sensitive about ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, and complaining!
That's why when I recieve phenomenal customer service I always take the time to tell someone about it.
I used the Grubhub app to get ripped off and to pay $18.00 for a $5.00 milkshake and they didn't even have any of the flavors Baskin Robbins is famous for. So I placed my order and called the store to see if they would make the flavor that I really wanted and spoke with Parham who was stellar over the phone. He was knowledgeable about the Grubhub process as to ensure that he knew which order was mine in order to make the correct flavor of milkshake. He also let me know that he would wait to make it when the Grubhub delivery person got there since it only takes a minute to make; and so it wouldn't be melted by the time it got to me since Grubhub decided to place the order with a Baskin Robbins 8 miles and 20 minutes from my house versus the one 7 minutes up the street.
Parham didn't have to change the flavor of the shake, wait to make it, or even worry about delivering a phenomenal customer service experience since the transaction was between me and GH and not Baskin Robbins, yet he did anyways.
So I may not frequent this Baskin Robbins but I'm giving this 5 Star Review because Parham deserves it.
I will definitely stop in one day and give this BR my business even though it is out of my way because of the courteous service I recieved this evening.

I walked into the store on Sunday night (2/26/17) with my family and our out of country visitors. Kid working the counter told us that they were closed, but he didn't seem to have any trouble serving the girl he was chatting with.
Plus the door was unlocked and the open sign still on. Total in our group was nine, which would have equated to about $75-80(?)... Even if it WAS two minutes after 9pm, your employee could have made you a nice little end-of-day profit, AND earned himself a big tip.
Instead, we went somewhere else, and probably won't come back.
As a business owner myself, I would be having a chat with my employees to ensure that I was getting my money's worth and keeping my customers happy.

The young lady making our milkshakes. Pretty sure she doesnt like her job. Took her forever to even say hello to us! Kind of rude since we are the only ones in here. I thanked her for the milkshake. She in returned said Yeah pretty snotty.
