Killer Burger

Food is good but trying to order takeout recently is impossible. Their website doesn't list Sherwood as a location to order from, and calling their store ends in being put to voicemail, or being put on hold only to have the call disconnected. On this particular night I was put on hold twice, and the second time the employee on the other end must have not hit the right button because I could hear them snicker before the call disconnected. I would enjoy their food but I literally can't get an order in.

It has really gone down hill they had a bunch of 18 year olds working there They didn't know what they were doing our Burger was well done like a pocket Puck and the French fries were black because the grace needed to be changed he changed they said the owner comes in every once in a while and that's when they get stuff like that done that done he doesn't really care about the place I don't even know how they serve beer dear? I don't think anybody there had a liquor license your license or a permit to serve beer I was very disappointed Never going back it's gonna be closing soon I'm sure

Big props to the cook he was working his butt off, cooking, running tables, and talking to customer's. The cashier well he looked confused and for the most part he was just standing around. The food was delicious and it was a bit of a wait but I get it, great Employees are hard to find at the end of our meal another female employee showed up and we heard your late. Hmmm?
