Me and my friend Layla are hot chicken sandiwch connoisseurs, and this place was awesome. Crispy chicken, delicious sauce. Mild was pretty spicy, fried were so crispy!! Thanks for the awesome service Vic, you made sure we had everything we needed. This place is awesome.
Heard they serve great ice cream, found out they do. Very rich and creamy. Stop in and enjoy.

I have had the tenderloin and a grilled chicken salad. Both were very good. Good food, friendly service. And the cheesecake is awesome! Large portions.

My horseshoe (a springfield area MUST) was awesome! However, you have to wait awhile for the food. Definitely a great experience, but not fantastic if you are in a rush. Something was also funky with the sweet tea. Nonetheless, a great local diner!
