Open seasonally (check FB and website for spring and fall open hours). Wish they were open year round, but given how much I would eat, it's probably better that they are not. No ordering is required... as soon as you sit down the pancakes, sausage, orange juice and coffee start arriving. Sometimes apple sauce is also offered. Oh, and of course the REAL maple syrup. Cash only, bring plenty because anything left over can be used to purchase bottles of maple syrup and bags of maple sugar.

Great sausage! Pancakes she Maple syrup are good too. People are friendly as well. This is out in the country, so be prepared for a really muddy parking lot :-)

This is a really unique little place that is only open a few weeks each Spring and Fall. They produce some of the best Maple Syrup in the whole region. Their all you can eat pancakes are a special treat that I look forward to each year.

love, Love, LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! We drove two hours to have breakfast at a restaurant that literally serves two items. Everyone thought we were nuts, but these were the best Pancakes we've ever had! They're buckwheat, flavorful, and have a melt-in- your mouth texture. And the homemade sausage has absolutely perfect flavor & texture. If you have time, you should chat with the friendly and knowledgeable man in the back who makes the syrup. I wanted to stay and learn everything he knows. Lol. Seriously GREAT place. I can't wait to go back in a couple weeks!

Great homey atmosphere with awesome people working..Sausage pretty good and the pancakes were delicious..probably the best I've ever had. 10/10 the most wholesome and fun dining experience to be had in some time. It was truly great experience overall. Dont underestimate simplicity//// Also, they're cash only so don't make the mistake we almost did ///30 Min wait on Sunday morning due to more limited seating but well worth it

It's only open seasonally in the fall and Feb-Apr, Saturdays and Sundays only during Maple season. 7:30am -2pm, hours may vary. It's best to follow them on social media. They only serve sausage, pancakes and applesauce. Real maple syrup. Beverages are juice, water, or coffee. Cash only, no cards. Parking is on a dirt lot, so don't wear heels. Their pancakes are fresh, hot, and great!

Best ever pancakes & sausage. The pure 100% New York State Syrup was SCRUMPTIOUS! Been visiting Reds since I was a boy. Truly a must visit spring time SUGAR SHACK.

We make it a point to stop a Red's at least once every year. Not just for the natural maple syrup , which is excellent, but also for the buckwheat pancakes. We've never had better. We also love the rustic hunting camp like atmosphere.

Food was good but wasn't expecting to pay $60 for two adults and two children. And they only take cash.

These people are the nicest folks! The all you can eat pancake breakfast with 2 sausage patties, applesauce, coffee and orange juice is great! The buckwheat pancakes are too good to be true! And I usually don't care much for pancakes! Also, their made on property maple syrup is to die for! You must take a trip to Sherman NY to eat at this little gem of a sugar shack turned cozy little restaurant! You can buy some of their amazing maple syrup or their quirky T-shirts. Next weekend is their last weekend of the season, so get out there and get you some hot, sweet, sticky pancakes and maple syrup!

Reds is awesome! Just had breakfast here this morning, and we love it every time we've been here. It's great we can get their syrup at Wegmans locally as well.

Very very crowed - waited 45 minutes to be seated - which means they have excellent pancakes. Good service too - sort of expensive though. $15 for unlimited pancakes/coffee
