This place wants to be good, but it's struggling lately. It's pretty common to order ahead and still have to wait 20 minutes once you get there for your drink. And when that happens, the workers never seem that concerned or apologetic about it. Many times you can't even use order ahead because they don't have enough workers. When it's good here, it's good. But it's been harder to find those good days lately.

Went on a Sunday morning and received the worst experience at a Starbucks so far. The bathrooms looked like someone started cleaning and then left, and they botched my order completely. I was given a moldy sausage sandwich which was clearly stale and past it’s due date. I also ordered a vanilla latte and got a raspberry latte. Staff is clearly not trained up to par.

We went today with lifesteps program with peers that's have a disability and one of the co worker at Starbucks was very rude to one of our peers that have a disability and another coworker was pist that we asked to redo again after the screw her order up 2 times they finally got it right the 3 time

Had a good experience. The coffee was very tasty. The only downside was they made the two orders backwards. (The grande the venti and the venti the grande) and also forgot the chocolate drizzle. To be fair, the gal was training and new. She was very pleasant and had good customer service. Everyone has a first day.

Finally find one Starbucks in this area after hundreds miles and when's get in and we oder the food for 8 people then we see fly. Disappointed never back again.
