Ordered a pizza with fresh spinach online. They have my phone number but couldn’t be bothered to pick up a phone and say something. Offered no discount, no nothing. Customer service is non-existent anymore. I am getting sick of food companies standing on supply chain issues for poor service.

We were on a trip back home from Louisville and stopped here for some food on the way. Sat in the parking lot and ordered because we all wasn't going inside. Picked up the order and went on our way. Everything was cool well and not over done or burnt. Service was great as well.

Horrible customer service. Driver had our pizza and food in their car for over 40 minutes while they drove around and after I called twice, the person working just left me on hold for 10 minutes.
