Pizza Hut

First time I have ordered pizza from here in a while, but I wish i had just gone with our regular Dominos. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza but the crust is so wafer thin that it can't even support the three toppings I put on it. I guess I expected thick, fluffy, cheesy crust and I just didn't get that. It is seriously like 3mm thin....

Pizza Hut where did you go wrong. Your pan pizza used to be the best, but now the crust is rubbery, has NO CRUNCH to the bottom anymore and taste like it was made from dough out of a can. You used to use almost all mozzarella cheese on your pizza but now I dont think you even have mozzarella cheese in your building let alone on your pizza. The wings I ordered were so small I think they came off of a quail instead of chicken! The staff are friendly and nice, but your poor quality of food is no longer worth the chance we give you over and over to go back to the way you were.

I had not been to pizza hut in a few years but quickly remembered why. I ordered 3 personal pans that came up to almost $23.00 and mentioned that, that seemed kinda high... the man working there said that it would be cheaper if I got a large instead so I did...I waited for twenty five min (during this time the original guy at the counter went home). When they brought me my pizza the order was wrong... they had made me a personal pan and a large pizza...so I said I am not going to pay for what I did not order...they said they could not give me a refund and they said they would instead give me a credit for my next visit. After a long argument (which did no good), I said fine, whatever! This is an outrage...whay kind of rinky drink operation is being run here? I gave one star because the pizza was good...but not worth the hassle or the money. You're better off eating elsewhere. Oh and pizza hut...keep the credit I won't be back.

Shelton Pizza Hut has stepped up their game! I moved out of Shelton yearsssss ago but come back to visit family on a regular basis. I ordered a pizza to go with the app and redeemed some points (we order pizza enough to build up for free ones).....when I got there about 15 min later, pizza was done, it was hot and they knew who I was and it was a painless process.....just like it should be, the staff was awesome, friendly, respectful and know how to make a great pie, because this is one, was one of the best I have had come out of ANY Pizza Hut. Way to step up your game in a small town.

I think it's pizza hut in general, they just do not make a good pie any longer. Everytime we order a deep dish pie it's small, meaning NOT A DEEP DISH they are cutting corners for years now and just suck, I always ask for extra sauce and well done so the crust does not get soggy, they do not know what extra sauce means, they have the well done right lol dried up bread with a brushing of sauce with a paintbrush, also not even close on the amount of cheese. SUCKS Sad to say but "Tombstone" frozen pizza or "Paul Newman's" or "Red Baron" all far better than Pizza hut I hope this honest and accurate review reaches CEO of the failing chain. Why would you buy garbage for $20.00 and up for a large pie that is sub standard. The frozen pies I mentioned beat, they when and Pizza hut loses.

I used to love pizza hut it was the best pizza I honestly thought there was around. As a kid I remember going to pizza hut with my family and for the longest time I thought it was the best pizza. We went to the one down in Centralia there was games there also a little boxed t.v. you could sit in and watch old cartoons and best pizza in the world. Then a few months ago I got pizza from pizza hut and it was not good. The cheese tasted all wrong the pizza tastes funny like it was freezer burner it was all around just bad pizza. At the time I just though nothing really of it so I went back again. Still the same thing the pizza was all wrong. So last nite I though I would go once more and again not the same. So now I've decided not to go to pizza hut any more. It is really not the same. I even feel like shelton pizza hut may be serving really old pizza I hate to say that but I honestly believe this to be true. West side pizza in shelton is kinda to much but the pizza there is well worth the money and Dominos I truly hate lol but I will go there over pizza hut now a days.
