Absolutely AMAZING small town hole in the wall (my favorite types of bars). Drinks were made WELL and the entire place was SUPER welcoming and friendly. If you've never been do yourself a favor and get the fried chicken. Your welcome.
This is an old time Shelton tavern, been there since 17 BC, so im told? It was a dive bar before that was a thing. We had the chrispy fried chicken and fries for breakfast. It was scrumptious and assisted with easing my hang over, along with bloody mary. Be back soon
Enjoyed Grandson's 21st Birthday at Bob's. If you like Chicken and Jojo's, Deep fried mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, etc as well as friendly staff you will like Bob's. They also have an enclosed outside seating area.
Grew up in Shelton. Stopped into Bob's last week for fried chicken, which I transported 230+ miles home, where we openly fought over it. Wish we lived closer -- we could fight over it much more often!
