Chili's

Nightmare online order pick-up! Day in car 10 minutes then went inside. No one at pick-up counter and several people waiting.. waited another 10 minutes then young guy hands me a tiny side salad with nothing on it when I ordered large Caesar salad with shrimp. Had to get manager to come out. He got them to make a new salad but waited another 10 minutes. After all that the quality of the salad was not great, very disappointing. They stopped making the salad I loved. My last time going to Chilis.

I frequently go to Chili's, this time was not a good experience. Under staffed the poor waitress was servicing the bar ,taking orders at tables and greeting guest. Food was not good wings were dry like sawdust with nothing on them, sauce was on side. Chicken sandwich was also dry no flavor no sauce on it. Order came out wrong so it also took forever.

Place was GREAT!!!! The night before we went we called in an order for takeout right before they were closing and there was a mix-up so when I got there to pick it up they said they didn't have the food than they were closing but the manager more than made up for it she told us to come in the following night and she took great care of us. Thank you again!!!!!!

Not a place I would go again. Went with a co-worker after a long day at work and we sat at the bar. We asked the bar tender for some napkins to wipe the counter and he told us to wait like we were bothering him. After about 5 minutes he came back and in a rude manner said that he was going to wipe the counter and that he's to busy to take our order. We got up and thanked him for not having time for us and left the restaurant. Needles to say we told all our coworkers at work and we've been going to eat at neighboring restaurants.
