Review Starbucks - Shelbyville

Baristas are friendly, service is fast. Food is served up fresh and hot and two orders in two days they got 100% right. The interior is spacious with comfortable seating including banquettes and padded chairs. Lots of outlets to plug in and work and a large patio to enjoy your food outside with umbrellas for shade. Starbucks doesn’t get much better than this.

The Staff in there always has a smile and a warm greeting. They work to make sure your order is complete and if you don't know what you want they are patient and will offer helpful suggestions. 😁 Took my little one there for a morning birthday refresher and she loved it!

Love the partners. Can't wait til noew location opens. Starbucks needs to allow more customer service (more partners on the floor to interact with customers) and put management bonuses and profits for shareholders in their place - behind the people who make contact with customers.

Not sure if they changed the formula of the hot chocolate, but twice in a row mine tasted just like cream or milk, horrible! I'm very disappointed, with those prices I expect a good drink!

Excellent drinks and delicious flavors you expect. Not busy at all and a very clean store. Right off the interstate! Five stars experience!

Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.

If they're ever open and I go in they never listen to me. Gives me wrong sizes all the time, gives me whipped cream when I don't ask. They're simple tasks. Maybe should be closed down until they get their act together maybe?

I love the Shelbyville location! They are accurate on their drinks they always get them correct and are always friendly! I live in Greensburg and I prefer Shelbyville Starbucks anyday over Greensburg. We drive to Shelbyville to get our Starbucks now because our drinks are always correct and we've had to much trouble with Greensburg Starbucks and them not getting them correct and we go almost everyday to Starbucks! That's alot of money not to get our drinks correct and we've been Gold Card Members since 2009! Greensburg Starbucks started out great but has slowly went down hill because they are not consistent with being open, having products that we want in our drinks, and refusing to let us get a certain product that we've gotten with our drinks since we started going to Starbucks and one day all of the sudden refused to give it to us! That's not what Starbucks is about but at Greensburg location it seems they make up their own rules when we know it's free! So we will continue to keep going to the Shelbyville location where they are friendly and consistent with everything and don't refuse to give us what we've always have gotten. That's not good service!!!
