Back in Shelbyville. This time the stop was Grandma's Pancake House. Today I was pleased with the preparation of my breakfast. Very flavorful. Decided on a spicy skillet. It was all very good. The staff were attentive and friendly. It was kind of busy so this is a sure sign of a restaurant doing great business. Keep doing what you're doing. It works. For everyone considering a stop in Shelbyville Grandma's Pancake House is a nice stop for a meal. Enjoy!
Tried the chicken teriyaki sub with mushrooms and provolone. It was great and tasted good. Also, you have to try the Eskimo Waffle. Belgium waffle topped with ice cream with glazed strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Our servers were attentive and very friendly with personality. Can't wait to try another menu item the next time I get to Shelbyville. Great place to eat!
Our family visits here 2-3 times a month. No matter the waiter or waitress, day of the week, time of day or amount of business - this place always has it together. They are very super friendly and have our food to us pretty quick and if theres a delay, they let us know and apologize in advance. I always order sausage gravy and biscuits with scrambled eggs on top and a sweet tea. Its the perfect breakfast, morning or night. Recommend this business
Reasonable prices, clean and attractive interior, food was delicious. Never ran out of coffee. Our waitress was on top of our every need. We were a party of 6. Will visit again of we are in the area.
