Back in Shelbyville. This time the stop was Grandma's Pancake House. Today I was pleased with the preparation of my breakfast. Very flavorful. Decided on a spicy skillet. It was all very good. We walked in was greeted, the dinning room was clean, and the table was too. It was a tad bit cold inside. The server was super nice, and very informational. She let us know there was only two servers, and she had been there since 9am. We ordered, the server came back and said the cook was in a mood
Ordered the Grande Burrito Ranchero. It was 4" long and 1 1/2" in diameter. 2 pieces of steak. They didn't bring the beans that came with it and when I asked, she said they get complaints on it all the time.
I like to patronize local, but it is hard to do when this is the result.

Breakfast is always good. We visited from out of state and tried lunch there last week. All 4 different lunches were not hot. Barely warm. We think the menu is too big to get all the meals out together HOT. We suggest you bring each persons plate out when it’s ready, it’s better than a cold meal.
Tried the chicken teriyaki sub with mushrooms and provolone. It was great and tasted good. Also, you have to try the Eskimo Waffle. Belgium waffle topped with ice cream with glazed strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, and drizzled with chocolate syrup. Our servers were attentive and very friendly
Our family visits here 2-3 times a month. No matter the waiter or waitress, day of the week, time of day or amount of business - this place always has it together. They are very super friendly and have our food to us pretty quick and if theres a delay, they let us know and apologize in advance. I al
I ordered "The Original" BLT club. I received a sandwich loaded with red onions. I mentioned this to my server, and asked if that was in the description? He said yes. When I got in the car, I checked the online menu, and onions are NOT in the description. 😡 Anyways, I picked all the onions off, but
Reasonable prices, clean and attractive interior, food was delicious. Never ran out of coffee. Our waitress was on top of our every need. We were a party of 6. Will visit again of we are in the area.
