Review Kfc - Shelbyville

I ordered a 3 piece meal and got a drumstick that was literally the size of my thumb.

Very Disappointed on Buffett no biscuits food not fresh unsweet tea and Mac and cheese tasted pretty good. Was a waste of money. Food was not kept up. Very poor service and not friendly. I usually don't give a poor review but this was crazy. Talked to a guy waiting over 30 minutes for a carryout. You can see from pictures food doesn't look great. We won't be going back. It didn't used to be this way. We were there for senior buffet now it is only 2 days a week so charged full price. Not worth a rating. I don't think crew liked me taking pictures . 1 star only because I had to rate to post. Colonel Sanders would not be happy.

Don't really eat there.did get today, Changed chicken little sand don't like it as much as the orginal the clerk ask me if I wanted sauces,just mayo and ketchup, please and then she didn't give them to me it was ok

Customers are asked to wear mask which I’m fine with. But if you work there you should wear your mask especially when working behind the counter. Which this employee never did while I ate my lunch. And the employees family members came in no mask where used also never paid for two meals and drinks. Needs to be addressed.

Chicken was nasty and dry . Had a bad experience the last two times there won't be back to this location. They didn't even have BBQ sauce .

Food was ok but one of my fries had a hair on it and one of my chicken tenders tasted weird

Understaffed so I get it but literally every time I get food here, the order is wrong, and something I paid for is missing. Drinks taste like the heads haven't been cleaned in years. I suspect they'll probably shut down soon.

Awful awful awful Worse food I have ever paid for. First the order was wrong and it took nearly 30 mins to get our food. It was so old and hard you couldn’t even eat it if you soaked it in water first. Please save your money and never eat here. The service was also just as bad so rude here and you cant tell no one wants to be there. Thanks kfc for teaching me never to eat here again. Such a well worth it lesson.
