Review White Castle - Shelbyville

I paid $12 and some change for a sack of cheese fries and 20 chicken rings I get all the way home and guess what I paid $6 for a half of a sack of cheese fries it's ridiculous

I actually didn't order. Drive through was a mile long and moved so slowly I abandoned it and went elsewhere. No doubt this location is short staffed like everywhere else. Sadly they lost at least one sale that day: mine.

The original white Castles where good but no salt and not enough onions. I was disappointed in the new White Castle no salt or no catsup or mustard. For the love of all that's good in the world add some salt and catsup or mustard!!

Waited 30 mins to get thru the drive thru, once we got thru it the wait to get the food was another 10. First time at a white castle and I'm not impressed with the food. What is the burger made of? Spam?

Fast service and very good customer service but I asked for no onion on my burgers and sorry to say there was onions on them. No biggie though good work.

The food tastes just like ever other white castle. Stood at the counter for a good 5 min before they took my order. I ordered 3 items and I watched them fry them 1 by one. I wouldn't mind if the only had one fryer. But they had 3 open fryers side by side with the one that held my order. Took for ever to get the order and by the time I got all 3 the first item was cold. In a hurry I was and didnt have time to ask about a fresh order. I hate to complain about a fast food joint but damn call this place slow food joint. The 3 stars came from his clean the place was and the convenience of a gas station and bank all in the same open building.

Wife and I got the 20 slider crave clutch after the first day of Louder Than Life. It was our first time trying White Castle since we are from Nebraska and omg it was amazing. Delicious was an understatement. Best sliders we've ever had.

We ordered 10 sliders w/ cheese. The person taking our order thought we said two. (The speaker was kind of low, so it may have been that.) We corrected it when we got to the window, and she apologized extensively. We told her that it was no problem, got our food and left. Very polite people. I'm pleased.
