What a joke, you spend $40 on food to feed a family of 5 and they can't even get the order right. Why pay the extra $3 to double the meat,etc then not do it? I've been coming to this subway for many years on and off and it has been better and worse depending on what year. Currently they do pretty good. They are quick and they listen when you ask for something a particular way.

Don't bother giving special instructions they don't do what you want and they give you old food! I will be contacting the better business bureau, I talked to the owner after spending $40 on subs my husband can't eat and they won't even remake them. He (the owner) doesn't know what customer service

The lack of help made for an excruciating wait just to get 2 cups of soup. Well over 20 minutes... one worker was trying to put together takeout orders while the other worker was trying to help those of us in line.
