I always have a good experience here, even when the lines are long. They're pretty fast here and seldom at the expense of food quality. Also, the staff always seems to be in a good mood and friendly. I recommend this Arby's location.

Overall very happy when I go here. They even hook me up because there was a specialty sandwich that's not offered anymore but they taught me how I can still order it. I'm rather pleased with their service.

This time I called Arby's Sheffield Village on Wednesday 6/8/22 at 4:35pm. I asked what time they are opened until since the internet says 8pm. The kid that answered the phone said "We closed at 4pm" Why is this place even around...they can't stay open for the dinner hours. CRAZY!!
