Little Caesars

Ordered the $5 hot-n-ready lunch. after i order she said, that will take about 5 minutes to make. I was .."um ok....?" while i waited another guy comes in orders 3 pizzas and 2 bread sticks she tells him to wait also. now im starting to wonder if the know what "ready" means. While we are waiting 3 more people came in got their pizza and left. Finally she came out with his pizzas and bread sticks. Now im starting to wonder if they forgot about me. 2 more people came got pizza then left. Before i got my food. At least 10 minutes for food that was supposed to be ready when i ordered it.

If I could give it a 0 I would. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. The manager wouldn't discipline the girls gabbing and one girl in particular was completely displesant. Makes me not want to go back(would rather drive to the other side of town.) 10/10 would not recommend. Not to mention the long long wait. Don't waste your time.

Pepperoni is way too spicy and not kid friendly at all. The crust is plain like tasteless white bread. The kids would eat half of their slice and throw the rest away. We went to Pizza Hut the next week and the kids ate all of their pizza including the crust. That said, it's hard to beat the crazy bread.

I just wonder what kind of business can not answer the phone, for their customers. I have called 12 times only for it to ring, and ring. And then after 3 minutes of ringing, it tells me that the person im calling is unavailable.. How can you run a business this way? Unbelievable. I will be making a report to corporate..
