Pizza Hut

My experience with this Pizza Hut was not bad! I git a delivery order so I cannot comment on the establishment or service itself but my order did come quick and my delivery driver was cool so there was that! The food I git was good to! Cheese bread was tasty, as was the pizza and the cookie I got was scrumptious. My only complaint was the cheese the cheese bread could've been better cut! Other than that again it's a good pizza hut and I'd say give it a try if you are in the mood! Images are of the food I got!

I’m sure the food was amazing but I wouldn’t know. I love pizza hut. After purchasing my order via app, I called to get some marinara added. Once the delivery man came I asked if the marinara was inside the box and he said “I’m sure it is”. The marinara was not in the box, so I called pizza hut and they said they would bring it right here. I have been waiting at my front door for 40mins. IT FINALLY ARRIVED. and I can now eat my cold food. No hard feelings because the delivery man and lady on the phone was respectful.. I’m just impatient. You all should still order because PIZZA HUT IS BETTER THAN DOMINOES. UPDATE: THE FOOD WAS AMAZING

We ordered breadsticks and wings. The wings came hot, but they came in a tied plastic bag on on top of our breadsticks which crushed them. The breadsticks came inside a bag as well for some reason. We were missing sauces for the wings and got one of our 4 pops we ordered wrong. Delivery driver had trouble finding a major hotel we were staying at. Overall, not a very good experience.

Service was very friendly, especially when I called to give specific instructions after placing an online order. Edited May 2022 to amend rating and elaborate: their service can be improved to cut off online ordering during high volume times if it becomes a problem to keep up. As a hotel referral partner, guests and staff alike would be able to appreciate them not having placed the charge in the first place if it couldn't be honored. To hang up on someone for suggesting this is incredibly rude and poor customer service. My staff will direct all referrals to Marco's and Pit Stop in the future.

I normally LOVE pizza hut, but tonight was disappointing. The bread sticks weren't even cut so we had to tear them apart. The cup of sauce for them was barely filled half way. There was literally enough to dip 2 bread sticks and it was gone. The noodles in the pasta were crunchy. The pizza seemed to be the only thing that they got right.
