Smoothie King

Great experience! It's been a while since I've been to a smoothie king so I decided to stop in! I didn't know I had two choices of an Immune builder, I just saw it on the app briefly and decided to try! I asked the girl which one was best, I appreciate her honesty when she said she hadn't had it and I went with the berry! It's really good! The staff was friendly and the smoothie is super yummy! I Ordered a small and it was the perfect size! I will definitely be back to try another!

I loved the taste of the smoothie I bought. It was peanut butter, dates, protein and chocolate. The only reason I am not giving more stars is that the place was messy. Did not seem clean. 😕 its possible we came after a busy rush or something. But anytime food is involved I get a bit weird about cleanliness. It was also quite pricey. I got a small and it was 7 dollars. I will most likely not go back.

The smoothies are good but the management is terrible to employees. I had an online order incorrect and the supervisor yelled and belittled the 2 teenage girl employees right in front of me. It wasn’t a big deal, no one should ever be treated like that at their job no matter the circumstance. As a customer, it made me feel awful to see that. Very unprofessional and makes me not want to visit again.

Update: 7/30/19 Gave them the second chance they deserved, and they proved why they deserve it. Smoothie was spot on, tried something different from last time I'm including a pic of my latest smoothie, please keep in mind I had already taken some monster sips on it. Update and Edit. I have not been back yet to give this store another go yet, however after talking to the owner of this location after my initial bad review. I can't help but give 5 stars, I have zero doubt my next trip here which will be later today will be fantastic. I worked as a retail manager for over a decade and never have I contacted a customer or had any manager contact me in the way the owner of this location contacted me. To put it simply, the owner loves and breathes this store. Our conversation had the personal touch, the true personal touchtt. We exchanged 2 or 3 emails. It was explained to me (in the best way possible) that the cup you get for a 40oz smoothie is actually a 44oz cup.This in my book leaves some room for the maker of the smoothie, and if it isn't quite touching the top or the lid then that's actually normal, I also learned that when making smoothies with protein the proteins can actually make a huge difference. They will make the smoothie either fluff up or compress down. Meaning they may be giving you more than what you order and it could still look like less. Like I said earlier I will be at this smoothie king later today and will only change this post if it doesn't live up to the standards i'm expecting it to. Please note, I've always been treated great at this location, so they are not lacking in great customer service.
