Outstanding, delicious, fastest drive-thru around, very courteous employees. It’s “my pleasure” to eat there as often as possible. The nuggets are the best in the world!
Everyone is very nice and respectful. The older gentleman who brings the trays to the tables is so sweet and funny. He truly makes the experience enjoyable.
Absolutely the best restaurant in Shawnee!! Rose is always at the drive thru in the mornings and she is the sweetest person in the world.
We’ve always gotten the best customer service here. We go frequently and continue to go because of food quality and customer care! An added bonus is they are Christian based!

Always know what your getting and consistently great. So simple and delicious with the service. I wish it was mandatory for all 15 year Olds to go Chick-fil-A training. Lol! Great people skills
Excellent service and really tasty food. The restaurant was clean and nicely put together with fresh flowers on each table. The only slight negative was that almost all the parking spots were devoted to curbside pickup, meaning we had to park fairly far away with my mom who is a senior citizen. Overall, though, a great meal and a lovely place to visit with my family.
Always busy but that's because they're so good. The service is fast once you finally can order. I think our longest wait in line at the drive thru was only 15 minutes before we ordered but once we ordered at the drive thru menu it was only 3-5 minutes before we were at the window to pick up.
This is the besr Chick-fil-A in Oklahoma!! The Manager is to be commended for running a clean, safe, fun experience. And they don't settle for less than what you expect to get, if you have a choice... go here. 👏
