Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hashbrown at 7am and hashbrown was cold and not good. The sandwich was also cold and dry. Drive-through attitudes could be way better. You all work in customer service. People skills are required. Your tone in response is horrible and need to be corrected. How is it that you are rude with a gentle, simple question? 🤔

The donuts are consistently stale and mislabeled. I don't think the staff is necessarily to blame, as they are usually enthusiastic and caring. I've just been burned too many times with the final product. The Kroger bakery down the road has fresher and better tasting donuts.

I have been a Duncan donut customer for 40 years and have had mostly good experiences all over Atlanta and beyond. However , this morning at the sharpsburg location I have to say was one of the worst experiences in food service I have ever had. My wife and I stopped by for a quick coffee around 9:30

I ordered a caramel iced latte with EXTRA espresso and all I got was caramel and milk. This is bad when you can't follow simple directions. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience. I would recommend to retrain everyone.
