I would give this store ZERO STARS if I could. There is one particular employee that works here. And is ALWAYS telling me and my family (on multiple different times & days) that the ice cream machine is not working. NOT ONLY does the ice cream machine NEVER work. But the frappe/smoothie machine NEVE
Walked here with my mom and the dining area was closed for the second day in a row. No biggie, I thought. It was a waste of time, but what can i do🤷🏾♀️. However, when we ordered on doordash instead, the sprite i ordered was JUST CARBONATED WATER, no flavoring whatsoever. Very disappointed.
Came by at 4pm on Wednesday the 22nd and the crew did a spectacular job! Little misunderstanding but they made it right immediately. Kudos guys you're doing a great job 👏 👍 🙌 😀
Staff was very rude to customers and was screaming at kids, even kicked them all out. Took 20 mins just to get my food and took 10 mins to place my order. 30 mins from walking in to walking out with food in hand... Terrible McDonald's, worst I've even been to.

It's McDonald's. The food was fresh. I went through drive thru which was of average speed. The employees were friendly.
Place was horrible gave my food to someone else then realized it was wrong and 5 minutes later took it back from them and tried to give it to me after it was already inside and people had been in my food. Very unprofessional and manager was going to try to give me same food until I made them remake
If yall aint going to the McDonald’s on Kemper, y'all sleep. We from out of town and we dont get this kind of service in Indiana. The breakfast was so hot we had to let it cool. Was steamin and everything. Where they do that at? 10/5 stars.
