What the Wendy's Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich IS SUPPOSED TO feature: A crispy-fried spicy chicken breast filet, melted Pepper Jack cheese, three strips of applewood-smoked bacon, crispy-fried dill pickle chips, and two layers of habanero hot honey sauce on a toasted premium bun. What mine featured: 1 strip of apple-wood smoked bacon, NO fried pickle chips (instead there was 3 sad looking pickles), on a soggy bun that was definitely not toasted! This sandwich advertised as “New” is not worth the price. I do not recommend this Wendy’s. I traveled from a few towns over to give it a try. I was so excited… Boy what a darn disappointment! Save your money and the gas in your tank. You’ll thank me in the long run.

Ordered a number 1 single and this is what I received. I always order this sandwich at other locations and it has tomato, decent onion, and decent lettuce on it, with ketchup. All of that is missing from this sandwich. Such a let down when I got home to eat it. Threw it out and went to McDonald’s instead. When I placed my order she lady taking my order asked me what I ordered 3 times before I even got to the window. I should have known something was going to get messed up. Why do you even have the inside closed and only the drive thru open? Makes no sense. Do better.

Orders are ALWAYS wrong! Did the order through the drive thru, sat at the window for 20 minutes with a line of cars behind us, only to be handed our food from an employee with a major attitude problem, and missing an order of fries. Every single time I go to this specific Wendy's the order is a mess and the staff had serious attitude issues! They are much more interested in goofing around with fellow employees than filling the orders properly and then they like to talk inappropriately about the customer when a complaint comes in.

Who owns this Wendy’s restaurant? Whoever does needs to wake up and get down there to see what goes on. This place is atrocious, garbage overflowing outside, horrifically made sandwiches and employees who are hanging out behind the counter on their phones and not attending to customers. Does the owner know what’s even going on? This place needs an employee makeover. Today I went for lunch to give this dump another try and it once again lived up to its name as a huge stinker of Wendy’s. I waited longer in line the second time I went up to the front for ketchup from the workers behind the front desk. The first time mine you was for my regular order I placed. This dump needs a huge makeover, start by hiring new employees.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. After waiting for forever I went through the drive thru to ask where my order was. They stated they hadn't received my order although I was already charged for it. Miraculously they found it and asked for me to wait yet again. After waiting another almost 15 minutes my order was wrong. Yeah not doing this again. I spent 58 bucks for nothing but disappointment.
