Very disappointed. You now place your order at a screen, seat yourself, and clear your own table. The whole diner experience is gone; so, now it's just another fast food restaurant. No wonder there were only rooms other tables of customers during peak time.
Absolutely hated it. Dining room was dirty. Floors greasy, and finger prints everywhere. Kiosk was nasty 🤢. I hadn't been to any steak n shake for a while, and was surprised to learn that they. no longer have wait staff. It's nothing like it used to be. I won't stop in one anywhere ever again.
Worst Steak n Shake I have ever been to. Cook had a nasty beard wasn't covered no hat or hair net on. Food was horrible. Half order of fries bun was hard so greasy you couldn't eat it. If I wanted to serve myself I would stay home. Wake up Steak n Shake. It's definitely not good
We dined in, hated the kios to order. The resturant was very dirty. Windows were dirty and wall between booths were very nasty. Looks like the place is not being cleaned. And....outside at front door, weeds very tall. We loved steak and shake, but after this visit, we WILL NOT be coming back.

The food is good, but they have changed there side by side happy hour, and old people cant order cause they dont know how to order sad.
The French fries are the best, super skinny!!! Shakes are thick and creamy. Nice staff.
