Love Sonic, haven't been there in a long time. The burger was so hot and way bigger than I remember them being. The tots were also hot and so good! And of course had to get my regular ocean water!!!! My favorite drink! They were fast at getting the order to the car and friendly!!! Sonic never fails!!!!

Shout-out to the crew working the late shift the night I stopped by. I work in the Pigeon Forge area, but my commute to and from work is about an hour on average. I work long shifts and often have to fend for myself for food on my way home since it's usually even later at night before I get home.
I drive up expecting the typical tired, unmotivated, minimum wage teenager voice to come over the speaker. Instead, I received a greeting and quality introduction, quick service, great food as far as fast food goes, all with very polite and enjoyable interactions. 10/10 on everything. The food was so well prepared that it was still hot by the time I got home a whole hour and a half later.

My wife and I ordered 2 bacon eggs and cheese burritos and tater tots and sweet tea!! It was pure perfection! Hot and tasty!! Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!! And it only took about 10 minutes!! It was pure perfection!!! Thank you again!!!!

I'm giving this 5 stars as I too have and still work in the restaurant industry. But something you should know is this store is very under staffed. They will take a while if they're busy so see this as a warning. However the people that work here are some of the hardest working people on dolly parton parkway.

I really like this Sonic! Been going here for decades. As a dasher, the wait here can sometimes been long in the evenings, but that comes with food that is always fresh, and so far very pleasant and professional employees with good attitudes. Def can't complain!

While they don't have stalls open and you have to go through the drive thru, they still managed to get my order from the app and get me my half price drinks faster then most sonics I visit. If your looking for fast food like a typical chain then they will get you through quickly. The only negative I have about the place is the stalls being closed, but their fast service through the drive thru makes up for ALOT of that small issue.
