Food was good though the fish portion was extremely lacking, huge bowl of coleslaw which I don't eat and a handful of fries. Price was a bit exhorbant $4 for a soda is ridiculous. I ran restaurants once upon a time and bag in box soda goes a long way.

A lot of these sitdown restaraunts struggled during and after Covid. I think Red Lobster also struggled greatly after Darden Foods sold them off. They seem to have regained their former glory, however. Still trying to get fully staffed (it's obvious) but their associates are friendly, upbeat, and seem to try their best. Food is great again (it wasn't for a while). Would give better atmosphere score if it wasn't SO cold in the dining room. Have to hurry and eat before your food gets cold. Is it not the point to relax?

Me and my husband had a date night and decided to eat here since they open late. Our server (can’t remember his name! But he had long blond hair in a ponytail) did an excellent job even though we came in 30-45 mins before closing time. I used to work in a restaurant so i know the feeling 🤣 Definitely recommend this place! Excellent food & service!

I love Red Lobster. I've been to many throughout the state of Tennessee. I especially love it when they have Endless Shrimp. This trip to Red Lobster was excellent, Scampi and Skewers is pretty much all I ate. But the very best part was the service. Nickolas K. was top notch and had an excellent game plan =Gentle/relaxed demeanor and had everything under control.....tea glass always full, fresh hot shrimp, piping hot cheddar bay biscuits with an extra special strategy......serve the customers well and don't overcrowd their space so they can relax and enjoy their food and fellowship at the dinner table. Nickolas K. should be a trainer/Coach on how restaurant waiting service should be done to excellence. If you go to Red Lobster Sevierville, ask for Nickolas K. He will not disappoint.

Worth the wait! They were short staffed so we had to wait about 45mins to be seated but it was well worth it. We could tell the host was a little stressed but he was very friendly & did his best to get us seated as soon as possible. Once we were seated, our waiter was wonderful, very attentive & super friendly. Food was delicious & came out really fast... Would def recommend this location if you're in the area...

There was a wait when we went in, the host explained they were short wait staff, and did not want service to suffer by over seating. I found his honesty and integrity refreshing.
We were seated in about 10-15 minutes at most. Our waitress was Chloe, she was attentive and took great care of us. She checked on us often to see if we needed refills or placing a order for shrimp.
Overall, I will be back when I am in town again.

These lovely people saved the beginning of or trip. We were starving wanted a steak and pulled into a place was seared and was left to watch other people get seated and menus and evan drinks with not one coming to check on us, so we got up and left not something I normally do but I felt purposely ignored. No one stop us so on to nirvana. These folks seated us brought food and drink and saved our trip. Thanks for the wonderful time.
