I had my long haired tortie cat groomed with Tiffany and she did a fantastic job! I was a bit nervous given she is an older cat and this was her first ever professional grooming appointment, but everything went great. I would recommend the Sudsy Puppy (and especially Tiffany!) for anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced cat groomer. We definitely will be back! :)

They did a wonderful job with our almost 5 month old newfie-poo. He went in with uneven and random length fur and came out looking like a whole new dog. The groomer discussed goals for him beforehand and made sure our pup was comfortable before she took him back. They even found him a bandana that matched his name! (The photos are before and after, the one with the boxes is the after)

My dog got a perfect haircut!!! Olivia asked lots of questions, to find out the exact cut I wanted. My pup was nervous when we arrived, but she was happy as can be when I picked her up. I can tell they were very sweet to her throughout her haircut. I’ve been to several groomers because we’ve lived in multiple states. This is definitely the best haircut she has had! The staff is also super friendly!

My baby girl has gone to so many grooming places and never got what I wanted. It’s a schnauzer for God sake! I’m from Venezuela and has 5 schnauzer and visited different places for Grooming and all of them were so good! Perfect schnauzer cut! After visiting 5 different places We finally found the perfect spot! With Olivia!!!!!!!!! thank youuuu! We already schedule the next visit!

I went regularly for several years with my Maltese. Pricing was a bit higher than other groomers I had used but I loved than we had an appointment and my furbaby didn’t have to spend a whole day there. But most of all, I loved the beautiful grooming job Katrina did. It was the best grooming care my little one had ever had. My biggest problem during this period was that if I asked for a spa package at one visit they would automatically do it at the next visit even when I explicitly said I did not want it. But in every case (it happened multiple times) they refunded the fee. When I got a new puppy I took her to Katrina who did an amazing job in even less time than my previous dog so the fee actually went down which was a big surprise. She is a bit smaller than my previous dog but she was matted at the first grooming so I assumed it would be the same. Their pricing for grooming is not transparent - they tell me it is based on how much time the groomer has hands on the dog. When Katrina was doing it the timing and the quality of the grooming were consistent. Then Katrina stopped grooming to move into management. I tried other groomers on staff, ones they told me we best with Maltese and that Katrina had instructed them. I went at least three times, maybe four, after Katrina stopped grooming and each time the price got higher and the work got poorer. The cut was uneven and choppy, nails were left too long and once not dremeled, and once her face was not even cleaned. And still the cost kept rising. When I complained the last time I was told how price was based on how much time the groomer spent with the dog and they quoted time logged in the computer. When I objected that there was more time being spent because the groomer was less capable and I was essentially paying more for poorer work I just got a blank look from the desk clerk. I never went back.
