I placed an order at 5:50pm for a delivery that say 20-30 minutes for delivery...After waiting 45 minutes I called the store several times, no answer! The despatch inform me, (after waiting 55 minutes) that I will not receive my order because there's no delivery driver....wth! I hate this Pizza Hut, so unprofessional and unorganized!

My total came to 31.04 on the web site. The store called Me and told me owed I owed another 22.00 for cheese crust. I had called the store and spoke to someone before placing my order and they never told me it was going to be an additional 22.00 for cheese crust. I canceled my order and told them to refund my money. Never will I use this pizza hut again.

Got the Detroit deep dish and it had hardly any toppings. A few crumbles of bacon, less than 10 rings of banana pepper, and just a few mini pepperonis. I paid for 3 toppings and expect to get my monies worth if I pay for it. The sauce was flavorless. The cinnabon minis were undercooked. The bread sticks were overcooked. Ultimately I paid $29 for my dinner and had to pay for another dinner elsewhere due to the quality of the product.

The pizza here unironically tastes and feels like cardboard. They burn/overcook the majority of things I get at this pizza hut somehow.
People always slander little ceasers but you are actually better off going there than to this pizza hut because it literally feels like u get old pizza here.
For gods sakes they cant even CUT the pizza slices all the way. I have to grab the pizza and put force into it to seperate the slices.
At least the pepsi wasnt burned so i guess it gets 1 star for that.
Awful. I usually dont go out of my way to make these but man, I really felt like I HAVE to do it this time.

Worst pizza experience ever!
I drove up and parked in front of the door and called to place my order.
While watching the employees stand talking, I am on hold. After several minutes I hang up all call back. While listening to the recording, an employee walks out to visit with friends that are parked next to me. I am still on hold. I ask the employee if I need to go inside to order since no one is picking up the phone to take my order and he tells me. "No". I should have left but I really wanted a pizza. After another 8 minutes on hold I finally walk in and place my order. We are social distancing and I knew I should not go in, but i really wanted a pizza. I specifically told the young man twice, "no onions" on my supreme- well, i got onions.
After 37 minutes, my thin crispy crust is not crispy but more of a stale bread. Gross!
While waiting on my pizza, sitting in my car at the front on the store, I noticed that only one of the three young making pizzas men are wearing gloves. Bare hands are in the cheese, meats, stretching out dough... only one wears a hat, no one is six feet apart and no one wears a face mask. I am charged $3 more than what the website list the price of the pizza and the young man said they do not go by the price of the local pizza hut on line.
This was a terrible experience!
I wasted $15.58 and nearly an hour of my life for a medium supreme, with onions, stale crust pizza that I cannot eat.
I will never go to pizza Hut again.

Make sure your employees know that everybody is in title to a mistake they are not perfect neither is the customers they left out something on my order then wanted to lie about it so wrong.

I used to drive out of my way to go to a different Pizza Hut. This location has improved so much! This is at least the third or fourth time in a row that the food & service has been outstanding! We had breadsticks, pizza & pasta last night. Everything was delicious & we couldn't be more pleased.

My pizza was overcook, I request extra cheese. I call and report it and the manager will give me a $ 2.00 credit
