Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The place is trash! The people are rude, the management must be just as bad. Tried to order through drive through but they must have been having a party the way people were yelling through the speaker. Employee couldnt here my order as well as me having to repeat myself. Pulled around to get food had my change thrown at me food was stale.... if you can pass this one up and keep moving! Not worth your money or time!

In the drive through: “Hi, I’d like one classic sandwich and one spicy sandwich-just the sandwich on both.” *worker: You want two spicy sandwiches? “No ma’am, one spicy and one regular. And I’m sorry can I go ahead and make one of those a combo?” *worker: What to drink. “I’ll take a large Diet Coke.” *worker:Dr. Pepper?? ......”Yes that will be fine.”

This is hands down the worst popeyes I've ever been too. They have the rudest staff, they get your order wrong 95% of the time, they are out of menu items about the same percentage of the time. Never friendly, the wait in the drive-thru averages 15- 20 mins even if there only 2 cars in line. They will literally forget condiments 1 minute after you ask for them almost every single time. If I owned this location, I wouldn't even let my extended family dine here, out of shame and embarrassment. This review isn't based on one visit either, this is multiple occasions, and consistently. I like to give an establishment a fair shot, but with this location paints me as a glutton for punishment. I've had sub par dining experiences before, but this place exceeds my tolerance for poor customer service.

Horrible Service! We pulled through the drive through. Person on the speaker was literally having a conversation with another employee, repeated our order 3-4 times. Pulled up to the window. Both people at the window are on their cellphones. We sat there for a few minutes beforw the even opened it. Didn't get the order right of course. Went inside to get silverware and the missing food and someone was walking around talking about her phone call she missed. Horrible service!
