Review Mcdonald's - Selma

Look what new ingredient they have,surprise we got mold on all the buns. Careful if you eat there. *manager replaced my order but it also had mold to it so we just left to eat for another restaurant.

I am so disappointed the quarter pounder has been my only go to hamburger that I will eat but tonight thats ruined as apparently no one can cook...it was raw from the outside it looks good. I took a bite not looking at it as I started a movie, on my second bite I realized it was a little off partly because I asked for extra onions which I didn't get any. I saw that both patties were raw! I like my steak med-rare but not my hamburger. Tried to contact Macdonalds, no answer door, doordash says it's closed but on here says open till 2pm. Suggestion: When we order food make sure YOU COOK IT PROPERLY! It looks as if it was rushed through Order was taken at 9:21pm Won't be back anytime soon Hopefully the manager reads this and fix this, truly thinking about calling corporate.

They had me waiting outside with my kids in the car for over 20 mins for 1 large fry and a 20 pice chicken nuggets and I had to call for them to bring it to me. When I get it everything is cold. Worst service ever

Say four star because they're short staff and you can't blame them when they're behind. Would've gave a 5 they're food is great as always like I remember and if you have their app, you can use your point for rewards. It's great

I bought a big Mac and they put the two patties on the bottom the top section had absolutely nothing on it it was just two pieces of bread stuck together I called to let them know the guy on the phone said well just come back today or within 30 days and I asked him don’t you want my name and he said no just bring your receipt like he’s gonna remember whenever I decide to go back which I don’t think I ever will now

The drive thru service (selma ca.) never gets my order right. I have had to pull to the side and park and wait for my order. My order never made it to my car. Went inside and my order was not even ready. And again today(6-5-22 approx. 2:45pm) the same problem. When I addressed it to a shift manager he did not even look up at me as I was talking. And did not say 1 word to me. The training that the individuals are getting are not at a business level. The employees that are cooking in the back are having full conversations as they work, which is a distraction to mistakes. Shift managers lack proper training, and are not at a mature level to operate a shift in such a large fast food chain. Clearly they are promoted without proper experience and knowledge of management. I will not be returning to this location of mcdonalds.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a two sausage and egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown, sent only one mcmuffin. Then as I was leaving, four starving stray kittens walked up next to my cat, ended up feeding much of my mcmuffin to them.

Worst they packed all my food in one bag it was 7 mcchicken 40 piece and 2 orders of fries and 2 burgers everything was out of their wrappers and their response is that’s how we pack the food! I asked for sauce they said I can only have 2 per order! I was so enraged by their poor customer service and lack of curtesy! No straws no ketchup no napkins! Avoid this location is my recommendation!

I went through the drive thru ordered about $30 worth of food. They forget to give me my 2 sodas. I walk in and tell them and they just look at me like Im lying. I originally said, "Hi, I just went thru the drive thru, the order with the dip cones and I didnt get my sodas." So this is how they get confused I guess. But after them not talking to me, moving very slowly and making me feel like a theif, they hand me 2 dipped cones! I'm like no I had said you did not give me my 2 sodas. She gives me a dirty look and turns and works on other peoples orders! I still cant believe the way they acted. I was so mind blown bcuz I just came in and asked for my rightly paid for drinks� smh. Defintely do not recommend.

Everytime I go through drive thru, they always forget something. If you figure out , if they do that alot . That is extra profit for them

How disrespectful hanging the American Flag upside down for Memorial Day and not fixing it and making excuses how it happened when the 1st person brought it up it should have been fixed

I got large sprite and it tasted like soda water. So, I went through the drive thru the second time and they still have me soda water. I mean how long do it take to check out the syrup and change it?

They are flying the American flag upside down and have been for several days, so done with all McDonalds, calling corporate office tomorrow and telling everyone.
