Quick Taco

This place is going down hill pretty fast. The tortillas aren't the same anymore. They even seem fake. The beans taste like canned beans. The drive thru takes forever and you never know when the heck they're going to be open or closed. Not to mention the owner isn't very personable, which you'd think he'd be since you're choosing his establishment to give your hard earned money to.

The tacos are usually good. However, the owner is rude. I walked to find a long line. I asked the ones at the end of the line if they had ordered. They had, so I stepped up to order and owner loudly did,”Hold in a minute. Do you see all those people ahead if you?” I told him I had asked and they said they had ordered. No apology. When my tacos were ready, he held up the bag and called out my order, so I thought he was calling me up. When I stepped up to pay, he, again loudly, said,” these are in order these others are ahead of you.” I was humiliated. I don’t have to return to a place where I am spoken to like this by the owner. And I will let anyone know how this supposedly “Best tacos in Seguin” owner treats people.

The food was good, the Service was slow but that's because of only one Server handling all the preparation. I was concerned about no gloves used when handling my food. I did watch multiple times where other things were touched outside of the prep area. Luckily no body contact was done. This is the only reason for 3 Stars, lack of food preparation sanitation.

Decided to try out this place and I was thoroughly disappointed. The servers clearly had favorites who they catered to while everyone else had to wait. I wanted to try a loco taco as I was quite hungry and I was looking forward to having a taco with some variety in it. Nope, I paid more for this taco to only get a teaspoonful of meat n pepper paste and a pile of potatoes. I ate one then tried to get the other one changed out as a loco taco is supposed to have little bit of everything. They were extremely rude at this point and did the “were not like other restaurant” speech. I simply told them that I should get more because I paid more for it than the other tacos. They then told me to leave their business so I guess they don’t like customers.

My friend took me here after raving about their awesome carne asada tacos. As it turns out, he was right. I had the most amazing carne asada tacos here! (Which is really saying something since I don't even really like to eat meat) The seating area is rather small and the lady at the register wasn't too friendly, but the food was amazing.
