Baskin-robbins

So this place is a Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins shop. As soon as I entered I was not liking the place. Dirty outside and inside. Staff does not welcome you in. I like my ice cream cold not s mushy like a shake. Doors to ice cream are left open while staff looks for cone or cup or utensils needed. Hubby placed order and they were ready to ring up item. Did not even ask if I was ordering anything. Sorry I ordered. Should have went with my instincts- ice cream mushy, by the time I went to take a pic it was melted - so no picture. Should have read reviews before I went in.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible! Could not understand order for 4 small milkshakes - 2 chocolate and 2 mint chocolate chip. Repeated multiple times and even questioned again at the window. All employees seemed very confused. Asked to wait in a parking spot. After waiting some time, 2 were brought to us. We tasted them while waiting for the other two and they barely tasted of anything other than water. When the 2 chocolate ones came out, they too tasted like water. Employee was no help. Clearly none of the confused employees know how to make a milkshake. Don't order the water shakes!

Two kids running the place....had no product. None. She rang me up but had nothing to make a banana split with...put a layered sundae in a small paper up.it was full of snickers that I can't eat instead of reese's. I do not blame the employees at all. The manager is worthless....I will be calling corporate. Worst experience ever. I ended up getting a refund...but was still totally unhappy. Nobody cares about customer service anymore.

Totally incompetent staff. Was told they cannot take cake orders, make milkshakes, only scoop ice cream. They talk about customers rudely, and to them just as rudely. The Dunkin attached is the absolutely worst ever as well. Don't waste your time at this location!!! Will be wrong, and too long!!!! Zero stars.

Every time when I try to order anything at night, the service is terrible. The workers are having a conversation that I can over hear through the speaker. Then when I proceeded to order my drinks I was told that they would not do it. So if this is the customer service that dunkin doughnuts/ Baskin Robbins of Seffner off of mlk Blvd strives for, it needs a new direction. It's my hard earned money that I'm paying to enjoy something sweet, and get denied cause the workers are lazy. That is totally bs.
